Arrowflame products all have a 5 year warranty.
Arrowflame warranty ensures your product is free from manufacturing and material defects. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your product Arrowflame will supply you with the necessary replacement parts for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Full warranty details are included in the installation manual. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of parts with material or manufacturing defects, provided that the parts have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service. This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company. Classic Flame Electric Fireplaces include a 1-year to 10-year limited warranty.
Twin-Star International, Inc. warrants that your new Classic Flame Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of ten years from date of purchase. This is subject to the following conditions & limitations.
• Classic Flame Service & Support: Classic Flame offers toll-free technical support should you need assistance. In accordance with their limited warranty, Classic Flame will provide you with any necessary replacement parts or accessories.
